Shreya Kumar has completed Graduation in Microbiology from Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College,
University of Mumbai, Mumbai in the year 2020. During her graduation, she has interned at Indian
Institute of Technology-Bombay (IIT-B)-Monash Research Academy, where she has worked on
‘Synthesis and Characterization of gold and silver nanoparticles using Biological Materials’. Currently,
she is pursuing her Post-Graduation in Biological Sciences from Sunandan Divatia School of Science
(SDSOS), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. At CSBMM, she is
working as a Research Intern for her M.Sc. dissertation. She will be working on the projects entitled 'Temporal Quantitative Phosphoproteomics Profiling of Retinoic Acid Signaling Network Reveals Unique Modulators of Neuronal Differentiation' and 'Development of the HPV-Human cellular microRNA regulatome map and subsequent analysis of the microRNA signatures of HPV-associated cancers'. Further, she will also be significantly involved in the analysis of the in-house generated datasets on the human eye proteome map project.
She is also a recipient of DST-Scholarship for Higher
Education (SHE) component under Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE)
scheme for her Graduation and Post-Graduation Studies.
