Shubham has an M.Sc. degree in biotechnology. He is passionate about the applications of mass spectrometry, particularly in metabolomics. His research uses untargeted metabolomics applied with in silico approaches to uncover therapeutic mechanisms of plant-derived compounds. He is also developing a mass spectrometry-based proteomic assay to detect molecular heterogeneity in Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). His work also includes the identification of neo-antigens in TNBC. He is also involved in the identification of predictive biomarkers using machine learning approaches.
