Athira P. G. has obtained her M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Union Christian College (Accredited to Mahathma Gandhi University), Aluva in 2020. As a part of her master’s thesis, she worked on a project entitled “Prediction of antiviral peptides those inhibit entry of SARS-CoV2 entry through modulation of Spike- ACE2 binding”. At CSBMM, she is involved in PTM based analysis of human kinome.
