Dr. Dr. Shyamjith Manikkoth has done his Masters in Medical Pharmacology from Manipal University and Ph.D from Yenepoya University. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Pharmacology, Yenepoya University, Mangalore. His research interest is the field of Neuropharmacology.

Dr. Sunita Dalal did her Masters from Department Of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology from CCSHAU, Hisar. Her dessirtation was on Isozymic studies in Rice cultivars. She worked on Hepatoprotective aspects of Eclipta alba,during her Ph.D programme. Presently she is Assistant Professor in Department of Biotechnology at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Her area of interest are to study various medicinally significant enzyme inhibitory activities in plant resources.

Sujina K. P. obtained her M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from Amritha Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amrita School of Biotechnolgy, Kollam. Currently, she is working as a Junior Reserach Fellow under Dr. C Sadasivan, Professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, Kannur University, Palayad Campus. Her research topic is on Secretome analysis of and bacteriocin production of the Probiotic bacteria against pathogens.

Bhuvaragavan Sreeramulu obtained his M.Sc. degree in Zoology from University of Madras, Chennai. Currently he is working as a Junior Research Fellow (CSIR-UGC) under the guidance of Dr. Janarthanan in the Unit of Entomology at the Department of Zoology, University of Madras, Chennai. His research topic is on the "Cloning, expression and purification of lectin from the larvae of rhinoceros beetle, Oryctes rhinoceros".

Hilda Karuppiah obtained her M.Sc. degree in Zoology from University of Madras, Guindy campus, Tamil Nadu. Currently she is working as Junior research fellow (DST-INSPIRE fellowship) under the guidance of Dr. S. Janarthananat Unit of Entomology, Department of Zoology, University of Madras. Her research topic is "Cloning and expression of anti-metabolic insecticidal protein, arcelin from seeds of Phaseolus lunatus and finding its impact on digestive physiology of insect pest, Callosobruchus maculatus".

Kunal Kumar Singh obtained his M.Sc. Biotechnology from K.S.R. college of technology, Erode. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in clinical Biochemistry under Dr.Prema Gurumurthy, from Frontier Life line – Dr. K. M Cherian Heart Foundation, Chennai under Pondicherry University. The area of interest is the Cardiovascular diseases and the inheritance pattern of the diseases.

Muhammed Manzoor obtained his M.Sc. degree in Microbiology from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Yenepoya Research Centre, Yenepoya University, Mangalore. His research works focus on characterization of urinary calculi and studies of the role of urinary microbiome in stone formation.

Bhuvaragavan Sreeramulu obtained his M.Sc. degree in Zoology (Special) from University of Madras, Chennai. Currently he is working as a Junior Research Fellow (CSIR-UGC) under the guidance of Dr. Janarthanan in the Unit of Entomology at the Department of Zoology, University of Madras, Chennai. His research topic is on the "Cloning, expression and purification of lectin from the larvae of rhinoceros beetle, Oryctes rhinoceros".

Aubid Malik did his masters from Department of Botany, University of Kashmir. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. from ACSIR, New Delhi at IIIM, Sri Nagar under the supervision of Dr. Nasheeman Ashraf. During his Ph.D., he has worked on the Transcriptional regulation of Apo-Carotenoid biosynthesis in Crocus sativus.

Dr. Sunny Praveen Kurati obtained his B.V.Sc & A.H degree from the NTR College of Veterinary Science-Gannavaram, Vijayawada and M.V.Sc degree (Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology & Obstetrics) from College of Veterinary Science-Tirupati. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics at ICAR–National Dairy Research Institute, Southern Regional Station-Bengaluru. His current research is focused on Proteomic profiling of uterine fluid for identification of markers for sub-clinical uterine infection in dairy cattle.

Dr. Uday Kannegundla obtained his B.V.Sc & A.H and M.V.Sc (Animal Genetics & Breeding) degrees from the College of Veterinary Science-Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Animal Genetics and Breeding at ICAR–National Dairy Research Institute, Southern Regional Station-Bengaluru. His current research is focused on investigating differentially expressed proteins in Spermatozoa low and high quality semen producing Murrah bulls and SNP identification in candidate genes affecting semen quality.

Dr. Azharuddin N, did BVSc & AH from KVAFSU-Veterinary College, Bidar, MVSc is also from same campus. His master’s research topic was “Phenotypic Characterization of Nandidurga Breed of Goat” a goat breed of Karnataka state. He has worked as Assistant Manager (Vety) at Bangalore Milk Union Milk Ltd, Veterinary Officer in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (GOK), and was then deputed to KVAFSU-Veterinary College, Shivamogga for teaching (Assistant Professor). Right now he is pursuing Ph.D. in Animal Genetics &Breeding at ICAR-National Dairy research Institute (Southern Research Station). My doctoral research topic is “Whole Genome Sequencing and Gene Expression Profiling of Deoni and Hallikar Cattle”.

Dr. Saraf Kaustubh Kishor obtained his B.V.Sc & A.H degree from the Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur under MAFSU, Nagpur and M.V.Sc degree (Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology & Obstetrics) from ICAR- NDRI, Karnal. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics at ICAR–National Dairy Research Institute, Southern Regional Station-Bengaluru. His current research is focused on identification of Potential Bio-markers in the crossbred bull for fertility prediction + through integrated OMICS approach (Transcriptomics, Proteomic and metabolomics).

Dr. Renuka Pichili obtained her M.Sc. in Biotechnology from the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh and Ph.D. in Genetics from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She worked on identification of novel candidate genes from rice yellow stem borer using RNA-seq for development of insecticide resistance rice through RNAi approach during her doctoral programme. Currently, working as Senior Research Fellow at ICAR-NDRI, SRS, Bangalore and research work is focused on Protieo-Genomic approaches to elucidate productive and reproductive performance of cattle.

Ms. Neha Guleria completed M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dr. Y. S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. For the past five years she has worked as SRF in the Department of Plant Biotechnology, UAS, GKVK, Bangalore with Dr. Ramanjini Gowda P. H. She has worked on cloning and expression studies of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen in plant, bacterial and yeast system. Recombinant HBsAg protein was expressed, purified and pre- clinical studies were conducted on mice. Currently she is working as SRF at ICAR-NDRI, SRS Bangalore with Dr. KP Ramesha on Proteo-genomics approaches to elucidate the reproductive and productive performance of Malnad Gidda, Deoni and Hallikar breeds of cattle.

Dr. Manjunatha Prabhu B.H has graduated his B.V.Sc & A.H in 2000 and M.V.Sc (Animal Genetics & Breeding) in 2003 from the Bangalore Veterinary College, UAS, Karnataka. After his masters he started his career as Research Assistant at Human Molecular Genetics Lab, MBGU at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advance Scientific Research (JNCASR). He worked in the area of heriditary defenses in Indian population exploring possible mutation that is responsible for hereditary deafness. He carried out Mutagenesis studies to develop animal model for Epilepsy and deafness by injecting a chemical Ethyl Nitroso Urea which is potent Mutagen and Carcinogen where he got a opportunity to work in wet lab as well as lab animal. While working there he got a opportunity to work as veterinary clinician for Animal Husbandry department, Govt. of Karnataka. As he has burning desire for research, he was pursuing a research career opportunity. He joined CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow as Lab Animal Scientist. He is working as a Scientist at CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. (In Service) in Animal Genetics and Breeding at ICAR–National Dairy Research Institute, Southern Regional Station-Bengaluru. His current area of research includes Lab Animal Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genomics and Food Science and Technology. He has published more than 15 research articles in national and international journals.

Mr. Sachin Patavardhan obtained his M.Sc. degree in Analytical chemistry from St Aloysius College (autonomous), Mangalore. He is currently working as Research scholar at Laboratory of Applied Biology. His research works focus on plant biochemistry and bio analytical chemistry. He is also assists the researchers in developing analytical methods and handling of analytical instruments.

Ms. Alifha Severes obtained her Masters in Biotechnology from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore. She is presently persuing Ph.D. at Mangalore University in the area of Plant Biotechnology. Her research area is Algal biotechnology. She has been presented the "Sahyadri young Ecologist" award. She is interested in studying proteomics in microalgae so as in contribute towards its applications in nutraceuticals and other value added products.

Ms. Sulakshana Karkala obtained her M.Sc. Biotechnology degree from St Aloysius College(Autonomous) in 2015. She is currently registered as a Ph.D. Scholar at Mangalore University under the guidance of Dr. Shashi Kiran. She is working on Algal Biotechnology in the Laboratory of Applied Biology at St. Aloysius College,Mangalore.

Mr. Vaishnav Vasudevan Obtained his M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Genetics from VIT University, Vellore. Currently looking forward to working at a startup Biotechnology company in Chennai.

Ms. Divya Naik has completed her Masters in Biomedical Genetics from VIT University, Vellore Tamil Nadu, 2017. She is currently working as a JRF in Institute of Bioinformatics under the guidance of Dr. Ravi Sirdeshmukh.

Ms. Vidhi Tyagi did her Masters in biotechnology from Banasthali University, Rajasthan. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Her research work focuses on study of eukaryotic translation initiation factor and their role in epigenetic regulation.

Ms. Kathakali Banerjee did her Masters in biochemistry from Bangalore University, Karnataka. She worked on the genes regulating meiosis at Centre of cellular and molecular biology, Hyderabad, Telengana. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Her research work focuses on studying the interacting proteins of methyltransferase in different abiotic stress.

Ms. Deepshikha Aryadid her Masters in Biotechnology from NIMS University, Rajasthan. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Her research work focuses on studying DNA methyltransferase in plants and their role in epigenetic regulation.

Ms. Puja R. Soni obtained her M.Sc. degree in Bio-technology under University of Mumbai from V. G. Kets Vaze college. She worked as technical assistant for flow cytometer at National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH-ICMR), Mumbai. Presently she is pursuing Ph.D. from National Institute of Immunohaematology (NIIH-ICMR), Mumbai, under the guidance of Dr. Shrimaty Shetty. She currently working on Department of Health Research (DHR) funded project as Research Assistant on monitoring Bypassing Agents in haemophilia patients with inhibitor.

Dr. Tejasvita Gaikwad obtained her Ph.D degree in Medical from National institute of Immunohaematology, Mumbai (University: Maharashtra university of health sciences, Nashik). She has generated Warfarin drug predication model, which can help clinician to prescribe more accurate dose. Presently she is working as Post doctoral fellow in National institute of Immunohaematology, KEM Hospital, Mumbai. The aim of her research work is, increasing the haemostatic potential of recombinant FVIII drug by combining it with platelet microparticles.

Dr. Uma Chandran did her masters in Biotechnology at Palayad Campus, Kannur University, Kerala and Ph.D at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala with CSIR fellowship. She is currently working as Dr. D. S. Kothari Post-doctoral Fellow at Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, Maharashtra. Her research interests are “Network pharmacological exploration of Ayurvedic medicinal plants and formulations for developing novel therapeutics” and “Exploring Ayurvedic medicinal plants for inhibitors of the potential therapeutic target ‘phosphodiesterase’ to develop bioactive drug leads for cancer and neurodegenerative disorders”.

Ms. Ashalatha K. L. obtained her Integrated Master degree in Biological Sciences from Bangalore University. She is presently working as a Research fellow with Dr. Malali Gowda in TransDisciplinary University, Bengaluru. She is working on Transposons association studies in genomes of Magnaporthe fungus in rice and non-rice isolates.

Mr. F. Rajan Babu has done his M.Phil in Endocrinology from University of Madras. Hs is currently doing his PhD on IgANI in Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Mr. Ravindranadh. Palika obtained his M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam and pursuing his Ph.D. degree at National Institute of Nutrition. He is currently working as a Technical Assistant in Micronutrient Division at National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad, Telangana. His research interest is purification and characterization of bioactive compounds.

Dr. Paras Sharma is presently working as Scientist at ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. He is working on nutritive value of foods, bioactive compounds and health promoting foods. He completed his M.Sc & Ph.D in Food Science and so far he has published more than 30 research papers in reputed Journals with cumulative Impact factor of more than 65, H-index 13. He is also member of reputed scientific societies related to nutrition and food science.

Dr. R. Suresh Kumar did his Phd from Jawarharlal Nehru University and presently working as Scientist in ICMR organisation-National Institute of Cancer prevention and research (NICPR). His interests are in the field of Cancer Biology. Currently he works in Epigenetics aspects (DNA methylation, Non coding RNA) in oral cancers,tobacco mediated carcinogenesis, telomerase and role of Phytochemicals.

Mr. Murari Lal Gurjar completed his Bachelor in B. Pharm., at Barkathulla University, Bhopal, MP. He has experience in quality control department in CIPLA Pharmaceutical Ltd and Sun Pharma Pharmaceutical Ltd. Currently, he is working as a Scientific Assitant (C) at ACTREC, Tata Memorial Centre, Kharghar, Mumbai. His research experience is in Pharmacokinetic analysis, pre-clinical analysis and Biomarker Discovery.

Dr. Pavithra N. completed her PhD from Manipal University, Karnataka and pursued her post doctoral fellowship in the area of lipidomics at Nutrition division, St John Research Institute (Bangalore). Currently she is post doctoral fellow at FRLHT working in the field of genomics. She is working on transcriptomics and genetic diversity analysis of medicinal plants.

Mr. Ravindra Singh Thakur had completed his master's in Forensic Science at Department of Criminology and Forensic Science in DHSGU, Sagar (M.P.). Currently he is pursuing his PhD under the guidance of Dr. D. K. Patel in Analytical Chemistry Division, Regulatory Toxicology Group at CSIR- Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow (U.P.). His research interest is on Applied Forensic Science and Environmental Toxicology.

Mr. Jeyapragash Danaraj completed his Masters in Biotechnology at Achariya College of Arts and Science, Pondicherry University. He is pursuing his Ph.D., in Marine Biotechnology under the guidance of Dr. A. Saravanakumar, Assistant Professor at Centre of Advanced Study in Marine Biology, Annamalai University. His research field is on metabolite profiling from the tropical seagrass and their biosynthesis under in-vitro conditions.

Dr. Mohua Das Gupta obtained her B.V.Sc & A.H. degree from College of Veterinary Science & A.H, Khanapara, Assam. Pursued her M.V.Sc in Animal Reproduction Gynaecology and Obstetrics, O.U.A.T, Bhubaneswar. She worked as Veterinary Officer in Semen Research Station in BAIF, Pune. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D. in Animal Reproduction Gynaecology and Obstetrics from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute. At NDRI, she is working towards the Identification of Novel transcriptome and metabolome from Malnad Gidda Bull, a dwarf breed with high prolificacy.

Dr. Mahendra Gandham obtained his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University. He is currently working as a Guest Lecturer at PGIBMS Chennai. He is planning to work on Metabolomics and Proteomics based understanding of neurological disorders like schizophrenia and Bipolar disorders.

Dr. Farisha Mohammed obtained her BDS degree from Yenepoya Dental College, Yenepoya University. She is currently pursuing MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics in Yenepoya Dental College. Her current research is focused on Metabolomic Analysis of Saliva in Orthodontic Patients.

Dr. Mary Anitha D. Cunha obtained her Ph.D. from Nitte University. She is currently working as Post Doctoral fellow in Department of Neurology, KSHEMA. Her current research is focused on Neuro demyelinating disorders.

Dr Saiqa R. Shah obtained his/her MD Biochemistry from RGUHS. She is currently Assistant Professor in Yenepoya Medical College. Her current research is focused on Proteomics.

Dr. Chaithra Malli obtained her Ph.D. from Nitte University. She is currently working as Research Associate in Department of Neurology, KSHEMA. Her current research is focused on Neuro demyelinating disorders.

Ms. Bhavya S. G. obtained her M.Tech from Siddaganga Institute of Technology/Visvesvaraiah Technological University. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. in M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology/ Visvesvaraiah Technological University. Her current research is focused on Proteomic study of microorganisms.

Dr. Shaheena Yassir obtained her MD Biochemistry from KMC, Mangalore, Manipal University. She is currently pursuing Assistant Professor, Dept of Biochemistry, Yenepoya Medical College, Yenepoya University. Her current research is focused on Coronary Artery Disease.

Ms. Suchhanda Agasti obtained her Master degree in Zoology from Utkal University, Odisha. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her current research is focused on Cellular and Molecular Immunology.

Dr. Kiran M. obtained his Ph.D. degree from Veterinary College Hydefanzc. He is currently pursuing assistance professor, Veterinary College, Bidar, KVAFSU. His current research is focused on meat proteomics and mrat processing.

Dr. Girish C. M. obtained his Ph.D. from Amrita Centre for Nanosciences Molecular Medicine, Kerala. He is currently working as DST INSPIRE Faculty at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences Research Centre. His current research is focused on Spectroscopy based diagnostics.

Ms. Sowmiya M. obtained her M.Tech from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. at Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai. Her current research is focused on Molecular oncology.

Ms. Athira .P obtained her Master degree in Medical Microbiology from "School of Health Sciences,University of Calicut. She is currently pursuing Junior Research Fellow at General Medicine Dept.Yenepoya Medical College. Her current research is focused on Molecular Characterization of Carbapenemase Producing Gram Negative Bacilli In Various Clinical Isolates From a Tertiary Care Hospital Mangalore.

Dr. Jasmine Kaur Dhall obtained her Ph.D. degree from University of Delhi. She is working as Guest Faculty in University of Delhi. Her current research is focused on Human Genetics-Disease/Behavioural Disorders.

Dr. Mohana Priya Arumugam obtained her Ph.D. from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). She is currently working as Assistant Professor (Senior) in VIT, Vellore. Her current research is focused on Structural Biology and Systems Biology.

Ms. Rajasree Odumpatta obtained her Masters from Bharathiyar University. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. in SBST Dept VIT. Her current research is focused on Bioinformatics.

Mr. Kaurab Singh obtained his M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from University of Jammu, India. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Sheetal Gandotra at CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (IGIB), New Delhi. He is studying host pathogen interactions ( between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and human macrophages) using molecular biology and proteomic approaches. At CSBMM, he is being trained in mass spectrometry-based quantitative proteomics.

Ms. Keerthana Savithri D. is pursuing post graduation in Microbiology from Mangalore University, Karnataka, India. At CSBMM, she is being trained in mass spectrometry-based proteomics and data analysis.

Dr. Sandhya Sanand obtained her Ph.D. degree from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana in 2015. She is currently working as a Scientist at ICAR-National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology, New Delhi, India. Her research interests include Biosafety evaluation of Nanomaterial induced oxidative stress in vitro and in vivo system. At CSBMM, she is being trained in mass spectrometry-based proteomics and data analysis.

Ms. Pragya Barua obtained her M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from Department of Biotechnology, Pune University. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D from Nation Institute Of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi, India. under the guidance of Dr. Niranjan Chakraborty. Her doctoral work focuses primarily on differential proteomic analysis under abiotic stress condition in plant. At she is being trained in labelling-based differential proteomic analysis using mass spectrometry.

Mr. Gunasekaran Dhandapani obtained his M.Sc degree in Genomics from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu, India. Currently, he is working as a DST-JRF in RMRC(ICMR), Port Blair. He is currently working on the project entitled “Characterization of recombinant proteases of Leptospira and identification of their role in invasion”. At CSBMM, he analyzed proteomic data from collaborative projects between CSBMM and RMRC proteomic data analysis and manuscript writing.

Dr. Catherine S. Manohar obtained her Ph.D. degree in Marine Sciences from Goa University in 2010. She is currently working as a Senior Scientist in the Biological Oceanography Division at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula, Goa, India. Her research interests include the molecular and physiological adaptations of fungi in deep sea habitats. At CSBMM, she has been provided with an exposure to mass spectrometry-based phosphoproteomic analysis and signaling pathways.

Dr. Sreekala K. Nair obtained her Ph.D. degree in Mycology from Goa University in 2002. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. She is also a recipient of the Young Scientist award by DST-SERB division. She is specialized in isolation and identification of fungi. At CSBMM, she has been provided an exposure to mass spectrometry- based proteomic analysis.

Mr. Firdous Ahmad Bhat is currently working as junior research fellow and pursuing his Ph.D. degree at Institute of Bioinformatics, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. His research involves mass spectrometry-based proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses to understand the molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis in oral cancer. At CSBMM, he attended the training session on handling QTRAP 6500 mass spectrometer and its applications for Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) based quantitative proteomic and metabolomic analysis.

Mr. Vinuth N. Puttamallesh is pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology at Institute of Bioinformatics, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. His doctoral work focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms behind tumorigenesis in bladder cancer using cell line and animal models. At CSBMM, he attended the training session on handling QTRAP mass spectrometer and its application for Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) based quantitative proteomic and metabolomic analysis.

Dr. Anu Babu is pursuing post graduation from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. At CSBMM, she was trained in proteomic technique and data analysis.

Dr. Umme Amarah is pursuing post graduation from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. At CSBMM, she was trained in proteomic technique and data analysis.

Dr. Sitara Rathan is pursuing post graduation from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.. At CSBMM, she was trained in proteomic technique and data analysis.

Dr. Nimi Susan Mathew is pursuing post graduation from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.. At CSBMM, she was trained in proteomic technique and data analysis.

Dr. Chandhni Begum is pursuing post graduation from the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.. At CSBMM, she was trained in proteomic technique and data analysis.

Ms. Sruthi E obtained her B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kannur University, Kannur, Kerala, India. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Canara Engineering College, Mangalore, India. As a part of the internship program, she was trained in computational approach in proteogenomics analysis at CSBMM.

Ms. Aditi Shenoy is pursuing B.Tech. degree in Biotechnology in the Department of Biotechnology, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal University, Karnataka, India. At CSBMM, she completed a one-month dissertation entitled "Analysis of potential bio-markers for the development of novel molecular diagnostics of Dengue and Chikungunya" where her work mainly involved understanding basics of bioinformatics and mass spectrometry. She was also trained in Python programming language for bioinformatics data analysis.
