Biography

As a researcher with over 7 years of experience in microbial and phytoplankton diversity, metabolic adaptation of crop plants, halophytes and marine microbes. Additionally, I have experience in molecular biology, bioinformatics, microbial cultivation, biorefinery processing, mass spectrometry-based metabolomics analysis. Skilled in complex data analysis using R, Python & MATLAB. Currently at Yenepoya Research Centre, I am working on MS-Based metabolomics and proteomics analysis.
