Deepak Krishnan has obtained his M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Union Christian College (Accredited to Mahathma Gandhi University), Aluva in 2019. As a part of his Master’s degree, he worked on a project entitled "Identification of amino acid tandem repeats in the proteins of Plasmodium falciparum” at CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad. He worked as a Project-JRF in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi for a period of one year. He is expertised in molecular biological techniques including protein isolation, purification, western-blotting and in-silico techniques such as molecular modelling, docking and MD simulation. In CSBMM , he is involved in AI-based temporal pattern recognition of miRNA-mRNA interactome in different cancer cell lines.
