Revathy Nandakumar has obtained M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2019. As part of her master’s dissertation, she worked on a project entitled “Denovo assembly of Catfish Beta-actin gene” in CSIR- Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad. She worked as a Research associate in Reproductive Genetics and Cancer Solutions (RGCS), Kakkanad, Kerala. At CSBMM, she is involved in NGS data analysis and analysis of drug resistance in cancer cell lines.
